Howard has been a Licensed Optician back since 1992. Image Optical has been in business serving customer for the past 25 years.
His business objective has always been to help his customers find the best pair of glasses with accurate and comfortable prescription, and doing it by offering excellent service. They should always leave the shop with good looking glasses and a big smile on their face.
Over the years, his customers and their families - parents, kids, grandparents - had followed him and been coming to see him for their eyeglasses needs sometimes for more than decade. They then recommend Howard to their friends and their business colleagues. Howard's clients are introduced to him through personal referrals, and recommendations.
Howard sees his customers by appointment – with a booked time slot, he can give his customers dedicated time and undivided attention, as much time as they need to choose the right pair of glasses.
PS. He also fits contact lenses and other recreational eyewear, such as swimming goggles.
